These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and magicph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services available at magicph.vip.
By accessing the magicph website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the magicph platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the magicph platform, including registered players, guest visitors, and any third party who accesses content delivered through the platform. These Terms are effective as of the date of last update shown above and supersede all prior versions.
Age Requirement. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, all players must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any service on magicph. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years old or older. magicph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Jurisdiction. Access to magicph is intended for persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering or wagering. magicph makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one magicph account. Registering multiple accounts using different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must notify magicph immediately of any changes to your registered information. Providing false or misleading registration information — including false identity documents during KYC verification — is a material breach of these Terms.
KYC Verification. magicph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and, at its discretion, at any other time. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification and any additional documentation reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until compliance is achieved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your magicph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
magicph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact magicph support immediately via live chat.
Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not those actions were authorised by you. magicph is entitled to treat all activity on your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to that activity occurring.
Accepted Methods. magicph accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Available methods may change at any time and the current list is reflected on the magicph deposit page.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for Philippine Peso payment methods and USDT 10 for cryptocurrency. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited and will be returned via the original payment method where technically feasible.
Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals confirm subject to on-chain network congestion. magicph does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network conditions.
Source of Funds. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension. This policy exists in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
Currency. All PHP accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. magicph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal for USDT transactions.
magicph offers bonuses and promotions subject to individual terms published on each promotion's detail page. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
magicph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Promotions page.
All games offered on magicph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested by independent third-party laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the respective game information panels.
Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to market settlement. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of obvious errors in odds pricing, magicph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, bets will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the magicph server. If a round cannot be determined, the bet stake will be refunded to the player's account.
Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the magicph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without prior written authorisation from magicph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, magicph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the magicph platform.
magicph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events may temporarily disrupt platform availability. magicph will not be liable for losses attributed to such disruptions.
magicph's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
magicph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing requirements.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting magicph support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
magicph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the magicph platform no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of magicph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the magicph platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to magicph's internal complaints procedure by contacting support via live chat or email.
If the internal complaints procedure does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for this purpose.
